I have had the privilege of hearing testimonies of my fellow brothers, and many well known guest speakers. The message delivered by speakers touches each person in a different way, and sometimes it is a revelation to hear something in a different way.
I also became involved in the discipleship classes every Monday evening, and the teachings of David Pawson as the base for reborn Christians. These classes together with the speakers enabled me to grow spiritually, that I was able to disciple my family, thus creating a better Christian base in the house.
We all have attended church for years, but through Leeupraat we have found a ministry which is filled with the Holy Spirit, and we are growing exponentially at the moment.Leeupraat has given us the fellowship we need, so we can assist one another when in need, as this is something you do not get everywhere. We had had a fellowship group on Thursday evenings, and every week we would get together in a public place, and enjoy the word of GOD in the full view of all who were passing. We at Leeupraat are not ashamed of the Lord and I wear a badge with Leeupraat and my name, every day when I am doing business, as I am happy when someone asks what Leeupraat is.
I was fortunate to spend a week with Andrew Strom, who is an International speaker about the revival, and we baptized people each evening after his session in what we call the lion camp (Leeupraat tent).
I have been filled with the Holy Spirit, and the Lord has done wonderful miracles in my life, and in my family's life. I have had the opportunity to give to the less fortunate; I have been able to assist others, and to lead them closer to the Lord.
Leeupraat has a prayer meeting every Saturday morning on Navel Hill in Bloemfontein, where we pray for the city, its people and for our country. We focus on different topics, but are also led by the Holy Spirit, and we sometimes receive words from the Lord on the mountain.
The Lord spoke to me personally, and when I asked the Lord to confirm it was Him, He sent me a white dove, which came down and sat next to me. These Saturday sessions, has enabled me to grow in prayer, and it is a blessing to pray with other brothers and sisters.
Leeupraat is inter denominational, and therefore does not promote any church denomination, but promotes the kingdom of God and the body of Christ. We are a group of men who Love GOD and care for one another, and I would recommend everyone to join this wonderful group, as it will inspire you to grow spiritually, and will lift you up to the Kingdom of GOD, and not leave you down and depressed, as many in the world are today.
